Hi stranger, I welcome you to my personal homepage.
I update this page non regularly, so you are more likely to find outdated and
obsolete information here.
I am a normal adult, living in
a wonderful town in
Germany.
After a nice time on my school, I was forced to do my military services for the
germany military. And although I did
not like the work there, it gave me insights into both interesting mechanisms
and personalities within the army. I do not want to miss this experiences.
Since October 2001 I study computer science in Germany.
Within Germany there is currently a trend to study computer science,
because it bears nice job chances. However, computers have always managed to
get my attention, I became first interested in them as I was six years old,
later - at the age of nine - I
started
programming and it worked out quite well for me. Now, at the age of
twentyone, and a few hundred thousand lines of code later, I am interested within
security research, mainly within the
network security field.
But I look upon the computer as just another tool to use for
the good of humankind, and so it happens I have other interests. Also, I do not
like stereotype thinking, so although some people think of me as a
'typical computer geek' (whatever that is anyway), I have a real life and I am
a socially fully integrated individual ;-)
I felt my personality well described by this
generic essay. It describes
a type according to some
personality
model.
Although I do not like such rather arbitrary models, the essay is nice and
makes a worthy read.
Occasionally I write articles on random subjects for the free
Wikipedia encyclopedia.
