There are actually three CME balloons heading out way right now, the first two are going to be brutal (form an electric perspective), and will probably give some people vertigo or migraines pretty bad.

Once we get the "snap" of the first bubble I woudl not be surprised if we get some seismic action, they really cuts loose when the second bubble hits.

It is technically a triple CME, with the latest CME being so fast moving and massive that it will "compress" the two bubbles that proceed it, so we may just get s single snap, but it is going to be pretty potent either way.

> SOLAR ACTIVITY: For the third day in a row, sunspot 1261 has unleashed a significant M-class solar flare. The latest blast at 0357 UT on August 4th registered M9.3 on the Richter Scale of Flares, almost crossing the threshold into X-territory (X-flares are the most powerful kind). Also, at least two coronal mass ejections are en route to Earth, and they could provoke mild to moderate geomagnetic storms when they arrive on August 4th through 6th. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras. Check http://spaceweather.com for details and updates.
