Al Qaeda deputy chief Ayman al-Zawahiri's address yesterday had
dramatic and unexpected effects in the United States, with senior
Administration and Pentagon officials and a majority of House and
Senate members announcing their conversion to Islam today at a public
ceremony in the Capitol.
An hour later, the US Air Force shot 20 Iranian passenger airliners
out of the sky, and Tehran was destroyed by a 100-megaton nuclear
warhead.
