We have recently been contacted by an nuclear engineer in Tehran, Iran seeking prohibited military arms (a certain type of test equipment), and during our investigation into the inquiry we found that they (the same people were are dealing with) are have previously to purchased the precursors to Deuterium Oxide Foam, and Tritium and astronomical amounts, as well as aviation grade/re-entry vehicle grade carbon fiber products, and aviation grade honeycomb aluminum suited for the construction of re-entry vehicles for Shibab-6 vehicles. Further the person making the inquiry is one of their nuclear weapons engineers, and we have traced addresses and phone numbers and E-Mails back to one of their nuclear weapons engineering labs. Is this information of interest to anybody in your office? The names and companies involved are as follows: Nahid Minaei MEHRFANEH TEJARAT CO. Shahram Amini Foshan Shunde Likea Machinery Co., Ltd. Shadab Abbas I calculate that they have produced sufficient DO Foam, Tritium gas, and sufficient re-entry grade carbon fiber products, and honeycomb aluminum to have constructed around 130 two or three stage thermo-nuclear-pressure devices. The DO Foam is sufficient for 35 warheads, the other raw materials sufficient for 130 devices. I think I have also identified the supplier of the gold and gallium (of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan origins) that are using for the alloy coatings, and the channel by which they obtained the 500 pounds of supergrade PU-239. Most of the materials are being supplied out of China, as you are no doubt aware. The Iranians are far further along in their production of a deliverable weapons is they are making strategic purchase of DO/Tritium precursors, re-entry grade CF, and the honeycomb AU products. You may need to be less concerned with centrifuges and more concerned about launch facilities. ----------------- Notes: I have also been able to locate that there is a person by the name of "Nahid Minaei" involved with the same company by a cross-cross on the phone number for the company in UAE seeking the OSCOR BLUE. This "Nahid Minaei" is quite interesting as they are confirmed to actually be in Iran, and operating under the company name of" "MEHRFANEH TEJARAT CO." this is likely the actual end point of the transactions, so this person should be "of interest" in regards to the WA Tier 1 equipment, and also the strategic purchases of carbon fiber and honeycomb structures http://www.znno.com/Mehrfaneh Address: Farahzadi Blvd Tehran 14689 Iran Zip/Postal Code: Contact Person: nahid minaei Phone: 98 - 21 - 2092167 Cell/Mobile: Fax: 98 - 21 - 2092167 http://www.manufacturer.com/company/i1175458-Mehrfaneh.html Company Name: Mehrfaneh Address: Farahzadi Blvd Tehran 14689 Iran Tel: 98 - 21 - 2092167 Fax: 98 - 21 - 2092167 Contact Person: nahid minaei Country: Iran http://mehrfan.en.ec21.com/ Mehrfaneh [Iran] Address: Farahzadi Blvd Tehran 14689 Iran Phone: 98-21-2092167 Contact name: nahid minaei , managing director ---- Note the tonnage which they are seeking in the following inquiry. **** the H2S/SO2 Catalyst listed below is used to make deuterium oxide for nuclear research or weapons use, especially with these purities and pore size... quite a bit of heavy water actually, and obtain around 60,000 pounds of deuterium oxide, which after refining woudl provide around 2000 pounds of weapons grade material, requiring about 15 pounds per warhead (this would yield sufficient high grade DO Foam for around 130 warheads **** *** As you may be aware deuterium oxide is also used to manufacture tritium, and DO is also used in a foam inside higher yield warheads to moderate the denotation on a two or three stage thermo-nuclear-pressure device *** Notice that they are seeking 200 Metric Tons (possibly more) Notice that they posted this to a industrial website in China, seeking sourcing for the precursors out of China. http://www.biztrademarket.com/home/3777/buys/2744.shtml Please let me introduce ourselves as a Trading Co. established in Iran for Export and Import Chemicals and Metals . But "Shahram Amini" is also the name of a MAJOR nuclear weapons scientist in Tehran, so if this company is sharing the same address as Shahram Amini then we can a solid link from the UAE company M&N Holdings to the Iran nuclear weapons program. This phone number of 971-4-2944205 for M&N also reveals a number of other companies operating behind that same phone number: http://shundeyxx.en.b2btrade4you.com/contactus.aspx Company Name: Foshan Shunde Likea Machinery Co., Ltd. Address: Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates,China : Phone: 971-4-2944205 Fax: 971-4-2944203 Contactor: Mr. Shadab Abbas, Purchasing Company Website URL: Foshan Shunde Likea Machinery Co., Ltd. Tel:86-757-22221193Fax:86-757-22221192Address:No 28,Tuozhan Rd, Daliang, Shunde District, Foshan , Guangdong . China It should be mentioned that Foshan Shunde Likea Machinery Co. also makes carbon fiber weaving machines, males carbon fiber fabrics, and equipment to make carbon finer molded/machine parts. It the CF embargo against Iran, that company in China would be the optimal solution. If we add to this analysis that the company in UAE has links to the Company in Iran, and the company in Iran can links to a company in China that does CF products, and the company ins UAE is seeking CF for Iran the loop become closed Also, if the company in UAE is linked to Iran (proven link now) then anything that the UAE company tries to purchase can be assumed to be destined for Iran, and we now know the two company names that will be using. I suspect the Foshan Shunde Likea Machinery Co. is violating the International CF sanctions on Iran. The company in Iran that is purchasing the raw material to make heavy water, then when extended to their same company in UAE who is try to purchase the raw materials (honeycombs and carbon fiber) to build what appear to be the third stage of a Shahab-5 or Shahab-6 it presents some serious concerns, especially if this was to be merely a partial or test shipment. The dimensions they seek, in the quantities that seek would be sufficient to build approximately 35+ complete third stages as far as the substructures and skin of the re-entry stage, with a yield (given the dimensions available after propulsion and guidance, of high yield on a full thermonuclear detonation). This are not likely to be small yield weapons. The Iranians also would not be building these stages if they did not already have enriched materials available, or soon to be available suited for casting and machining. The fact that Shahram Amini has links into this organization if quite troubling, and it makes the matter even more grave, in fact it makes it exceptionally grave given the national security implications. >> The OSCOR Blue is thus formally recognized by the U.S. Government as an ITAR 121.1 device, or "arms" by legal definition. There is no wiggle room, and it must all go though PM/DDTC for all approvals. The other equipment made by/shipped by REI also is PM/DDTC licensed but they have been effective in evading the matter by using fraudulent (self assigned) ECCN codes. When the true nature of the equipment is examined and revealed is becomes clear that all REI products is all ITAR 121.1 XI(b) gear just like the OSCOR Blue. >> >> Notice that the inquiry from Iran, that just came in is using a yahoo account, as this person has stated that they are seeking arms to send to Iran, it would be prudent to get access to their yahoo account right away in start intercepting all of their E-Mail traffic past, present, and future, as they will tend to use the y ahoo account for all of their interface between Iran and the U.S. and that are likely wildly E-Mailing anybody and everybody in an attempt though this account to get this gear. >> >> >> I have also included the attached copy of the original E-Mail as it came in to me. >> >> You will note that the IP address of the originator is: 86.98.14.100 which comes back to a gateway in Sharjah, UAE run by Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, who provides gateway service to Iran by way of fiber optic lines, and satellite telephone coverage >> >> I did have some prior contacts with someone by the same name who operated under the business name of "M&N Holdings" (Phone: 971-4-2944205, 971 50 5518519 and Fax: 971-4-2944203) some time back, who was also in Dubai, UAE, but it was later discover that they were in actually in Tehran physically, and that they were merely virtually appearing in Dubai. >> >> The time of the original E-Mail being sent tends to confirm that they he is in either UAE or Iran. >> >> The E-Mail address of a_sh..._at_yahoo.com also shows up as being "M&N Holdings" in UAE and also as a real estate agent in India. >> >> On the website of: http://www.www.fob123.com/show-inquiry/1948853_f8d there is a very recently inquiry by him for materials used on stealth aircraft (the key being Mill Spec: MIL-C-7438 and Vicotex): >> >> --- >> >> Content:Dear sir I would like to introduce myselve as a General Trading co based in Dubai. I am dealing all the general produts from around the world In the meantime I have requirement of your product as following: 1- Honey Comb per MIL-C-7438, 2.3-1/4 X 10N, UNEXPANDED, THK:3\", 48\"X96\", QTY: 35 SHEETS 2- GLASS ROVING REINFORCED EPOXY RESIN per BMS 8-114 A, TYPE:II , WIDTH:20\", QTY: 800 M 3- PREPREG VICOTEX M12/37%-7781 /127 cm/Hexel:3600 SQ-METER In case you have any agent in our location, Then please let me know the address to contact them. Hence I kinldy reqeust you to please let me know your best offer for our metual benefits. thanks and regards Shadab Abbas a_shadabyahoo.com >> >> --- >> >> I also draw your attention to: http://www.plascore.com/pdf/Plascore_5052.pdf >> >> "honeycomb uses include aircraft floors, aircraft leading and trailing edges, missile wings, >> fan casings, fuel cells, fuselage components, helicopter rotor blades and navy bulkhead joiner panels, energy absorption, air/light directionalization and EMI/RFI shielding. PAMG-XR1 5052 honeycomb is suitable for applications where materials conforming to MIL-C-7438 are required." >> >> I mention this because a MIL-C-7438 is one of the more "sensitive" technologies behind stealth aircraft and stealth missiles, particularly due to the "energy absorption" characteristics when the honey comb is combined with epoxies and glass resins. >> >> He also seeks CARBO > N FIBER SHEETS (Vicotex) of 3600 square meters, and >> this is quite serious. >> >> The size of the honeycomb he is seeking is either for a stealth bomber (ie: B-2) or a very large stealth aircraft (F-117), or a large stealth UAV. >> >> If he is trying to obtain 35 panels of honeycomb that are 8 feet long that are 3 inches thick they are being used for wings for something designed to lift something very heavy (ie: stealth missile, or UAV, but they could also be used for a fighter-bomber or similar aircraft, but for larger bombers the panels would been to be longer, but this may be only a test purchase). >> >> THis is really, GRAVELY serious... I can not stress the gravity of what he is trying to purchase. >> >> The 20" rolls of woven epoxy resin is what is used to build very, very large complex stealth aircraft of long range missiles, and the fact that they seek 800 rolls is quite disturbing, and these roll are only used for actual production, not for R&D. The use of a 20' roll indicates a complex structure such as an aircraft fuselage or thermonuclear device housing on a SCUD. In fact the honey comb panels woudl be on more value in building a thermonuclear device and housing then a mere aircraft. >> >> My impression is that the materials that they seek will be used to construct a high yield, mutual stage silo launched thermonuclear warhead, mounted to a Rodong/SCUD-D/Shahab. This would likely mean the Iranians are completing 35+ Shahab stage 3 warheads (stage 3 being three meters), it also means that Iran has perfected the Shahab as a thermonuclear platform with a 3500 mile range, that silos have been built, the propulsion systems are available now, and that all that is left if to built the 35+ warheads, but there will likely be more then that. >> >> Once the Iranians obtain these items, they will be able to produce the third stage, and within six months of delivery they will have the first warhead completed, and likely complete 3-4 a month after that. The real difficult for them will be the speed of covert production and then transport to launch sites. >> >> The combination of the stealth materials indicated that his customer (in Iran) is building a very number of stealth aircraft or stealth missiles, and as they are trying to purchase test equipment (OSCOR Blue) in order to perform ITAR 121.1 function on those aircraft the problem is even more serious. >> >> They are also trying to purchase these goods on the Chinese market, ie: the carbon fiber, epoxies, and honeycomb. I determined this by looking at how they cross posted the request for stealth materials to Chinese procurement sites. >> >> This means that they are already in production of these aircraft, or that they are about to go into production. >> >> This is quite serious. >> >> -jma >> >> >> --------- ------------------------------------- Original Email in Raw >> Format Follows ----------------------- >> >> From - Tue Oct 4 02:58:19 2011 >> X-Account-Key: account2 >> X-UIDL: 000130904cdda0f8 >> X-Mozilla-Status: 0003 >> X-Mozilla-Status2: 02000000 >> X-Mozilla-Keys: >> Return-Path: <a_..._at_yahoo.com> >> Delivered-To: <j..._at_tscm.com> >> Received: from mf32.mfg.siteprotect.com ([192.168.31.235]) >> by stor15.mfg.siteprotect.com (Dovecot) with LMTP id ny+9JsIGZ06EDwAAOQD4lA >> for <j..._at_tscm.com>; Tue, 04 Oct 2011 01:57:37 -0500 >> Received: from mx02.mfg.siteprotect.com (unknown [192.168.33.154]) >> by mf32.mfg.siteprotect.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id F179980007CD >> for <j..._at_tscm.com>; Tue, 4 Oct 2011 01:57:36 -0500 (CDT) >> Received: from nm11-vm0.bullet.mail.bf1.yahoo.com (nm11-vm0.bullet.mail.bf1.yahoo.com [98.139.213.136]) >> by mx02.mfg.siteprotect.com (Postfix) with SMTP id D655F30005E >> for <j..._at_tscm.com>; Tue, 4 Oct 2011 01:57:36 -0500 (CDT) >> Received: from [98.139.214.32] by nm11.bullet.mail.bf1.yahoo.com with NNFMP; 04 Oct 2011 06:57:36 -0000 >> Received: from [98.139.212.234] by tm15.bullet.mail.bf1.yahoo.com with NNFMP; 04 Oct 2011 06:57:36 -0000 >> Received: from [127.0.0.1] by omp1043.mail.bf1.yahoo.com with NNFMP; 04 Oct 2011 06:57:36 -0000 >> X-Yahoo-Newman-Property: ymail-3 >> X-Yahoo-Newman-Id: 524353..._at_omp1043.mail.bf1.yahoo.com >> Received: (qmail 64460 invoked by uid 60001); 4 Oct 2011 06:57:36 -0000 >> DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=yahoo.com; s=s1024; t=1317711456; bh=kyv+wwmwCM3LsCvUBiKSSLDm9NbR46vpbdduo/6kXmk=; h=X-YMail-OSG:Received:X-Mailer:References:Message-ID:Date:From:Reply-To:Subject:To:In-Reply-To:MIME-Version:Content-Type; b=emGx2MYexRI9qQVWSiaUHFIQrfr4/GI9D2ljTDGw2jhGCGPqaXgaz >> guYBUDf8ByLba81yfNQosZFnweeJdLxSBwOvOkeZ9LCjHJonFymZ0iIq8itfTByumI4KjsCpzKnz7w7QLNjr1h+zZgODw0SyvFNqYwwizG+p06kjEjpyqo= >> DomainKey-Signature:a=rsa-sha1; q=dns; c=nofws; >> s=s1024; d=yahoo.com; >> h=X-YMail-OSG:Received:X-Mailer:References:Message-ID:Date:From:Reply-To:Subject:To:In-Reply-To:MIME-Version:Content-Type; >> b=aoNg2Jdo2Ik5UV3u3YEMtiu8TItdtx43yvWjIuRCdsL3VseHaMRRAAjnwVfmMLY5Q1l7W0RCZ32MyJaI35yafOZLJotN7vseghf7hZBc4B4Nj/qJkEuiYUtEY26FV6+mwd2lBV0ott+k5Jjxc5SOtIgalSsei4nEMI1xOt/DwJA=; >> X-YMail-OSG: rLxi6nwVM1mPIdvkfac_3KFTrnQaPORwLT4OntreA5HMc4Y >> hYRDlGZmdmu7Z3rdArJyUybgD7XkhWmn4Z5yAzl40peiGVn_jDDZsU9nZ7Yd >> vsgjCyW0yPr_qhsAhVDFfrtxyNKYnfJeCjM9BUKg50blfS8Cg86mfOLt1kBy >> I7FaS8J6_nUtaY6EzEWY2LfZWn9VHNcdxtymw.nw7qEFquqilxx38YSrr525 >> n8JZq8Blw7tIK.k.68uaNhEE5sdt3a3c_m5xE3AN4HkS94RqbI35rWH6MmGV >> yAkwEOpye.t97g99ozhYTrbVhzTys_diO9.KrVqVJt06zuwvoGsyIlcwgPWg >> 00PniIe9p1CIgDRgipSRTyIkCUBvAgLlEzzAvHUrZLT8RdYWp2yKDskVkOpl >> nZxIcd2c8Dlalx98rbU25Y1LI6JAeIonq0z1KxRIE2Yl0vqZ_DDMggSGfZ2e >> zeVM- >> Received: from [86.98.14.100] by web161217.mail.bf1.yahoo.com via HTTP; Mon, 03 Oct 2011 23:57:36 PDT >> X-Mailer: YahooMailWebService/0.8.114.317681 >> References: <69442..._at_web53107.mail.re2.yahoo.com> <7.0.1.0.2.20..._at_tscm.com> <7.0.1.0.2.20..._at_tscm.com> >> Message-ID: <1317711456.6..._at_web161217.mail.bf1.yahoo.com> >> Date: Mon, 3 Oct 2011 23:57:36 -0700 (PDT) >> From: shadab abbas <a_..._at_yahoo.com> >> Reply-To: shadab abbas <a_..._at_yahoo.com> >> Subject: OSCOR Blue >> To: "James M.
