Sean,

That’s is the way it has been for years. Not what you know but who.
The 'who' in your life are directly proportional to the money you have. (m=
ost cases)

I don’t get invites to Rockefeller, Puff Daddy, or Clinton bashes so I wo=
uld
not have access to he caliber of attorneys these people can mount.

Some attorneys charge tens of thousands of dollars for retainers and then
hundreds if not thousands of dollars per hour for their work.

Worth it? When your but is on the line, damn skippy. Can you or I
afford $325,000.00 to stay out of jail? Doughtfull, but then again
we are not likely to incur that much wrath from law enforcement.

Unless you have MY mother-in-law...... but a way nother story.

It is a sad truth that our justice system is funded by the all mighty dolla=
r.

Case in point, Michael Jackson. Would have gone to jail for child molesta=
tion
had he not paid the parents 20 million dollars to forget what happened to t=
heir son.

sad sad days my friends....

I am struck at how apparent the prevailing party in these cases can be
predicted with great accuracy by knowing of the financial resources of
that party. Basically in these cases, reason and justice finds it's
way to the party with the largest budget for legal fees.
