Interesting anecdotes. Since you worked for the FCC Enforcement
Bureau, are you aware of any cases where the mere possession (not
sale) of a radio signal jammer (mobile phone, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,
etc) that was *not* linked to a specific interference complain
resulted in a successful prosecution or fine?
Also, are you aware of any specific radio signal interference cases
where the alleged offender was successfully prosecuted under homeland
security / terrorism statutes?
