I believe this can be achieved with common medication along the lines of
tranquilizers (Xanax, etc.) or beta-blockers[1] (which inhibit the action
of adrenaline; e.g. virtuoso musicians use them to counteract the
nervousness before their performance - yes, even violinists use
doping[2]).

All available over the Internet from spamvertised pharmacies. Or even by
the official route when you are on a state-sponsored side. With an
"official" diagnose of fear of air travel, a relatively common thing, as a
cover story for case of need.

(Another possibility is deploying certain flavors of psychopaths to handle
the operation; no fear, no physiological reaction to fear, no response to
the stress-detection instruments.)

It's fascinating how a little, inexpensive (in case of generics) white
pill can defeat a multimillion-dollar set of security instruments...
