Subject: [TSCM-L] {2390} cellphone debug

I have had some good responses to my previous question
on debugging a cellphone. I still have two questions;

1) Is it possible to fit a GPS or other tracker to a
small cellphone, or will it not fit due to the space?

2) Is cell site triangulation possible in US/Canada by
surveillance specialists or only by law enforcement?

Thanks for answers.
