No, you would have to install a blocker or filter on every single
power outlet, light switch, lamp, etc.

Perhaps the most effective method to ferret these systems out and to
disable them is to perform an audit and bug sweep of every inch of
the electrical system in a home or office, and remove any X-10/BSR
control modules. Leave it to the TSCM specialist to identify the
outlets/controller, but leave it to an electrician to actually remove
the devices if they are built into the walls or hardwired.

The X-10 series originally transmitted a very easy to detect 120 kHz
carrier current signal, but some of their system use wireless
frequencies on 418, 434, and other SAW device frequencies.
