Something everyone should be aware of, ALWAYS use a password on your cell p=
hone / voicemail.

If someone 'spoofs' your phone number and calls your phone, your phone will=
see the incoming number as 'your'
number and auto open your voice mailbox.

Spoofing IS traceable but only if you know it happened.

  Jeff,

Great article. I can't wait for it to come out. Something very fishy
happened to my cell phone this morning. I saw that I had a voice mail
waiting, when I dialed my voice mail (*86) I got a completely different
voice mail message asking me for a mailbox number. It was like I was
calling a completely defferent voice mail number. I called verizon
wireless tech support and they told me to dial 1 plus send. It didn't
work. Then they told me to dial my own cell phone number and I got my
regular voice mail message. They couldn't explain why this happened but =
it
is very suspicious. I read that if your cell phone is off but it is very
warm like you been using it, properly someone has activated easedropping
software one it and is listening. I have found that with my cell phone
from time to time. I guess it's time I dump this one.

  My Best,

  Charlie
