There's a checkbox at the bottom of the post page, but I never see anywhere to do the attachment.

I had this problem with proxomitron, just disable all ad filter programs and make sure your javascript is enabled, that should be fixed, btw I send a test file.

Don't have any ad filters; JS is on. The rest of the board looks fine. All I see are Post and Back buttons.
