Greetings all,

This is a website which should be on the top of everybodys daily RE reading list. It has everything there,

- the best of the tutorials over the years, a good many collected from here, and all nicely categorized under Topics. No need to go searching for tutorials any more

- all the latest tools, including the most recent ones announced on this board

- headlines and weblinks to RE and programming news

- and a search engine!

This is the site you should refer to first to search for a solution to a problem that you don't already find on this boards Search engine. It has quite likely already been answered, and the effort to search for the answer will only gain you more knowledge than if you simply asked the question outright without trying to do some background research.

I highly recommend this site just in general, if you don't already frequent it. And if someone can't get help here, then they can try on an another forum such as the one hosted there.

Nice link that Kayaker.

Kind of makes me want to get back into this stuff, or running a news site or who knows, ah, maybe one day ;-).

The trouble is, lack of editorial control, for example, I don't really call a document discussing MeltICE (gotta be about 7 years old now ;-) and defeated a gazillion times, newsworthy), but then thats me ;P and I'm a right miserable bastard and erm I should probably sit in a box in a dark corner somewhere.

The general point though, search SOMEWHERE for an answer before posting your retarded question is a good one ;-).

Regards

CrackZ.

The only problem is, right after I posted it they went and changed a link. The direct link to the categorized "Topics" is gone. Also the Search engine seems to be very efficiently doing nothing now.

To go to the nicely laid out list of subject matter follow this link:

Hey Administrator (ac), you're doing a great job over there, but what's with the missing link and search engine problem? Or am I just losing it? ;p

Hi CrackZ, I hope this does urge you to get back into it again ;-) What I liked about the site was it brought together a variety of ideas in a way that could be accessed easily and get people thinking along new lines instead of always stagnating with just the same old reversing "tricks". A news site would be nice, maybe an RCE radio station if anyone had the bucks

btw, I like your approach to retirement - come into work occasionally - answer a few questions - go home and think about dinner... I'm taking notes, lol ;->

Cheers,
Kayaker

Hi CrackZ
I visited your site quite a bit and really enjoyed all the reading material and layout. It probably cut into your personal time quite a bit I know I spent many a night consumed with reading the material.
It would be nice to see you come out of retirement and have a site..
Thanks for all the info provided
