Can someone explain to me how to exactly (i.e. step by step) install and properly launch icedump (OS=Win98)?

i just recently installed icedump... i think what i did is just put the icedump.exe to my softice directory..

if u installed softice already... then after that try running icedump. if u press ctrl-d when the softice appears. try using "/h" then u will know icedump is working...

HiYa make sure you got somthing like this in winice.dat file - the one you really need is kernel32 but if you load the others it's a great help to setting bpx's in various proggies!

I've done.
i just put icedump.exe (related to my sice version) in sice dir and launch it directly (obviously after sice loading) from a link (DOS) I've put on desktop.
When I'm typing an icedump command, below appears "Invalid command": this confused me, but how cluesurf wrote in previous post: "there's nothing wrong coz it's an external command: just press "enter" after typing a command.
To check if icedump is loaded just type '/' without quotes and "enter" and you can see icedump commands.
