Hi there,
Try do a search for "G6 FTP", but without he quotes. Check out the last of the 5 responses you get. That's the thread. (The "tut" you're looking for was written by Kayaker, but it was posted in this thread by clandestiny).
Good luck.:-)

hobglobin has given you the help you need. There is no reason why using "G6 FTP" should not have given you the thread you were looking for because it's titled "G6 FTP server." You were apparently confused because it wasn't started by Kayaker and he did not write (directly) the major contents. However, the title of that post suggests that you should have read it carefully and then you would have discovered it was the one you needed.

Also remember that you can search the Forum by "author" and could have found all the posts by Kayaker and checked interesting ones out for content. This one goes back quite a ways so you would have had to look through several pages before getting to the right one. Another hint. If you had used both "G6 FTP" on the left and Kayaker on the right, you would not have found the specific article because Kayaker's post does not contain that specific term. He just comments on Candestiny's report of his tut.

Regards.

Do not be discouraged if you don't always understand. You are attempting to do something in another language and that requires skills that many do not have. Those who are struggling in a "foreign" language deserve extra patience and assistance. My own efforts and those of the others who posted were only to help you learn better how to search the forum. You did try to search, you just didn't understand how it works.

I suggest that you do the following. Look through many of the posts in the Unpacking Forum. At the bottom of the page you will see a button titled "Show Printable Version." If you click that button you will get the thread without all the unnecessary buttons and things. On the top right there is another button which says "Show all [number] posts from this thread on one page." Click this button and all the posts will be on one page. Download these threads to your harddisk and study them offline when you have time. This will give you a library of ways to unpack various protection systems. Save them in folders by protection type, such as asprotect and the other. When good threads appear with useful tips, save them as well. Eventually you will have your own library.

Asprotect is not simple for anyone who hasn't worked with it a great deal, but you need to remember that there is a lot of information already here. You need only learn how to find it. One way would be to do a search for "asprotect" and/or "aspro" and read and copy all the threads with detailed information.
Regards.

Don't be discouraged. Just keep trying. Remember that your brain is always the most important tool.
