Yep, it worked for me when I tested it yesterday and it works now. It immediately redirects to the following URL though, so maybe your browser doesn't like the redirect or something like that:

http://www.sport-und-event.de/backtrace.de

I can't load it in IE or Firefox.

edit: It only worked when I used a proxy.
