Hi,
My name is peter, there are around 800 of us that play a game called Golden Tee Golf. The maker of the game Incredible Technologies (IT)
has abandoned the PC version of the game to concentrate on their arcade version. What we are looking for is someone to help us be able to create new courses for the game. There might be a small financial reward for any help on this project.

I sure can't help you per se, but this reminds me of a project I saw at Sourceforge

where a group of people are working on:

"A project to reverse-engineer and recode (from scratch, but using the original datafiles) the 3D role-playing / shooter games from Looking Glass (System Shock and the Ultima Underworlds)"

With 800 people you might want to think about starting up a similar project that might generate some discussion about what you want. Worth a looksee anyway.
