NO!

Depend on your goal,if you unpack ,crack and sold or distribute ,It's alway illegal.
If you unpack and learn for education pupose ,it's not illegal.

it illegal if prohibited by program license, and many programs have this in there license that you are not allowed to disassemble or decompile the code, so check program license to make sure.

jaja this this is noy true, the disclaimer says this but you have the righths of property of your computer, and in your computer you can make the actions you want, if not distribute, and not sell nothing, the disclaimer is in this case abusive, restricting the liberty of manipulate YOUR computer in the form you want, for this you PAY the machine, the HD, and the memory, and the content stored in this is YOUR and manipullable, for you and a form what you want, if you can not change a byte in your HD, your liberty for use your computer is very restricted.

I think you'll find your wrong there Ricardo, although you buy the software and install it on your hd, you only buy the right the *use* the software, you do not buy the right to modify or otherwise examine the software in a form not does not mean loading the program into the memory of a computer for the sole reason of execution and allowing you to use the features of said program. Anything you do to the program that does not include execution (eg. loading it into a hex editor, and even viewing the sectors on it with a disk editor) is not legal. The only defense you have here is that you are reverse engineering the program for interoperability reasons.

I use the software in my machine, the software is tried, used, modified,i decide the use, the restrictions are not acepted in mi machine and in our laws (argentina) only if you sell or distribute is illegal, the rest is private use in private property, and the disclaimer cannot restrict this is inconstitucional here.
Is how you buy a house and when i buy you i say you can make this things the bathroom, only use for pee, jeje, is private and nothing can make nothing with this. And more if i not sell, and not distribute, how you know the use or changes of the program in my computer, is impossible you are a theoric.

Is the same thing you copy a CD in a cassete you say is illegal, i say not, otherwise if i not sell or distribute cassetes with the copies the company discografic, never know on my private use or copy, ths cassetes are made for this, and the computers are for this too, for use in a form you want, not in a form the companies want.

well the 1.2 asprotect plugin fail in recontruct 2 o 3 apis in 1.3 and don't function well in the new asprotects, there are a new beta 1.4.3 of import reconstructor and a new plugins you can download in

Well i look your page with a online translator and is a very good page,
the tools in your page are very new, and very actaulized.
I'm going to look other parts of the page to see (tutorials, etc) and i say one opinion, obvios translating online are more slow form of view, but i take my time and read interesting pages how yours.
