13 Dead In Binghampton, New York
A 42-year-old Jiverly Voong came to the American Civic
Association, blocked the rear exit with his car, then came in the
front door and took 40 people hostage. The enraged oriental walked
around the immigration center and killed 13 people, and wounded 26
more. The police claim he had two pistols, wearing body armor, and at
the last moment killed himself.
