He Hated Women

He came up behind this 'Skiksas', picked her up, and threw her into a subway train. On the first trial in 1999,  he was only charged with murder-two. Goldstein denied he did it, and two fellow Zionists hung the jury, and he received a mistrial. He then had a second trial, he was convicted, and in 2006 that verdict was overturned.

He threw a girl in front of a train, and had every rich Zio-lawyer in New York wanting his case. He winds up with a mis-trial, then a second trial where he was convicted of second degree murder, finally the NY supreme court overturned his case, and he plea bargained for manslaughter.

An Eye Witness

Ms. Lorenzino testified that Mr. Goldstein did not simply push Mr. Goldstein, but that he picked her up bodily and threw her in front of the train. In interviews, jurors said that his apparent deliberateness and preparation, as well as the fact that he caught himself before falling in front of the train, helped convince them that he was not psychotic, that he knew what he was doing was wrong.

She was dragged for several hundred feet, decapitated, and the medical people just collected body parts.

Judge Berkman

Justice Carol Berkman, a clown,  who presided over both trials and both sentencings, was also restrained. “I don’t think I can possibly say anything else about this terrible tragedy to the Webdale family,” she said. So she simply said what the law required her to say: “The defendant is sentenced pursuant to a negotiated plea to 23 years followed by 5 years’ supervision.”

The State Prosecutor

William Greenbaum, an assistant district attorney, spent less time trying to convict Mr. Goldstein's and focused more on his psychiatric disabilities.

The First Trial's Hung Jury

One holdout was a fellow Zionist who believed Mr. Goldstein did not understand the nature of his actions. There was an Octavio Ramos, had been charged with harassment and resisting arrest three weeks before, and they were conveniently dropped.

Goldstein is convicted and sent to a "Medical Facility".

The Verdict Is Overturned

Natalie Rea, a lawyer for the Legal Aid Society who represented Mr. Goldstein in his appeal, said she was gratified that the Supreme Court had declined to hear the district attorney's appeal. "Obviously, they agreed with us," that the case did not present any new issues for the highest court, she said.

Court Of Appeals

Last December, the NY Court of Appeals, ruled that the psychiatrist who testified for the prosecution should not have been allowed to testify about what other people had told her about him, unless those people were available to be cross-examined.

Girl's Family Couldn't Handle A Third Trial

They agreed to a plea deal, because the stress of another trial was too much on the parents.

Robert M. Morgenthau, the Manhattan district attorney, said the plea deal was a fair settlement.

Aren't These Creatures Special!

Phil Spector put a gun in a girl's mouth, Epstein rapes five children, Durst killed his neighbor and chopped up the body, and none of the are in jail. This bag of garbage throws a girl in front of a train, and he gets three trials, and charged with manslaughter.

Elie Weisel 'claims' Eric Hunt called him a liar, and he may get forty years.
