New Orleans is not a giant town. All that is needed is bulldozers, trash haulers, and garbage dumps.

The fact is that certain groups in the Federal Government don't want it to be cleaned up. This is the same group that vetos UN sanctions on Israel, sits back as Lebanon is ravaged, and allows the genocide of the Palestinians. New Orleans will sit like this for a couple of years, till the original owners throw in the towel, and finally sell to the Las Vegas entrepreneurs.

In the end New Orleans will be the Las Vegas of the south, paid for by the US taxpayer. The new occupants will be East Europeans and Indonesians (Czechs, Poles, Ukrainians) all trained in Carnival Cruise Lines satellite centers.
