Lana Clarkson thought Spector was a transvestite and refused to let him in the club, until Ms Holguin vouched for him. Holguin told the jury that Spector was loud, very agitated, slurring his words,and swearing.  Spector hit on Holguin, but she rebuffed him.

Next, Spector asked Clarkson three times, ‘let’s go to the castle’, ‘let’s go to the castle’,  finally she agreed to one drink.

Spector Gets Agitated

Miss Clarkson tells Mr DeSouza that it would be “just for one drink”. At this Spector “screamed” at her, ‘don’t talk to the driver’, Mr DeSouza said. Spector smelt of alcohol and appeared drunk, the driver said.

 

 

 

 

 

Spector 'had blood on his hands'

After two hours, Phil Spector emerged from his house with blood on his hands, clutching a gun and confessed to his driver ‘I think I killed somebody.”  Lana Clarkson was dead from a gunshot to the mouth.

As Spector came out of the house - “At that time he had a gun in his hand. It was a revolver.” When the chauffer asked what happened, Spector shrugged his shoulders. The chauffer feared Spector was going to shoot him.

Behind Spector, Mr DeSouza could see “the legs of the lady” stretched out in the hall. “I saw blood on her face.”

Spector tells them it was an accident, they try to arrest him, he resists, and they taser him.
