DMC Parts List

(Source from W6BY)

Digital Microwave Corp. (DMC/Stratex) manufactures short-haul links for the microwave frequencies.  Recently, a few parts have become available at some surplus stores and ham swaps.  The following is a list of information learned from sorting through piles of "junk."  Please email me if you have information to add to this list.

DMC made a base unit for some of its outdoor 23 GHz boxes.  Generally they use the same color code and plug scheme, so that if you find one of these base units (motherboards) and the 48 volt input DC-DC converter that plugs into it, you have a decent test fixture.

Color Coding

   Red: +8V
Purple: -5V
 Black: Ground
 White: Alarm (PLL Lock)
Yellow: Monitor
  Gray: ?
