James,
So what's your protocol for photographing prior to a TSCM inspection? My
initial
impression -- probably based on how 8x10s are traditionally used -- was that
you
went in and attempted to capture everything from one vantage point on
perhaps
several different films, but it's obvious that's not the case. Particularly
since you're using the imagery to detect changes over time, I imagine that
you have a very pre-defined way of working.

Off the top of my head, I would assume that the most logical way to do it is
to
work inwards: shoot an overview, shoot to capture possible toolmarks and
evidence of tampering, then remove the top layer and shoot behind the
panel(s),
and continue on until you've reached the end of your average nest of wiring.
Is
this correct?

What kind of film do you find most useful for revealing what kind of
markings?

Best,
Eric

Yes, you are getting the idea.

Now imagine combining infrared illumination and filtering, UV
sensitive films, color films, panchromatic films, narrow band B&W
films, and so on and your capabilities of detecting even minuscule
Combine this with physicals things that the TSCM specialist can do to
