The system where retired military officers go to work on the projects
they ran to supplement their beer money (retirement) checks may be the
problem- they have an allegiance to their new civilian masters. The
defense industry has probably been more corrupt this last
Administration- KBR's no -bid morons mis- wiring military barracks and
killing people- over 90% of their work not up to any safety standards
per IG's reports.

This inbreeding where you work on a project, retire, walk out one door
and into another as a civilian is to blame for the bad programs that
continue beyond their usefulness- and junk shoved down the taxpayers'
throat.
