Esther Fulbright is a former beauty queen and second year law student at the University of Arizona is accused of holding Joshua Conway, 24, captive for up to ten hours. Esther and  two men showed up and bound him with plastic ties and duct tape,   and threatened to shoot him with pistols.

Two Have Fled To Israel

The brothers, who police say have business connections to Israel and Colombia, have likely fled the city, Pacheco said. Warrants have been issued for their arrest on kidnapping, armed robbery and aggravated assault charges.

University of Arizona representatives said it's premature to speculate what punishment the law school would impose.
