As I mentioned before, I generally only update these pages every six months, but I have a rather short attention span for boring shit.. and so as soon as I change the first page, I've generally used up any interest I had in doing any serious creative stuff.. so this page rarely changes at all.. too bad for you.

Incase you care, here's where I got my nick.. from "The Flowers of Evil" by Charles Baudelaire.

   Pluvius, this whole city on his nerves,
   Spills from his urn great waves on chilling rain
   On graveyards' pallid inmates, and he pours
   Mortality in gloomy district streets.

   My restless cat goes scratching on the tiles
   To make a litter for his scabby hide.
   Some poet's phantom roams the gutter-spouts,
   Moaning and whimpering like a freezing soul.

   A great bell wails - within, the smoking log
   Pipes in falsetto to a wheezing clock,
   And meanwhile, in a reeking deck of cards -

   Some dropsied crone's foreboding legacy -
   The dandy Jack of Hearts and Queen of Spades
   Trade sinister accounts of wasted love.

pluvius: the French Republic, starting 22 September 1792, established a new calender. Pluvius (Pluviose) was the name given the period from 21 January to 19 February. The word also means 'rainy', and Baudelaire personifies Pluvius as one who pours 'great waves of chilling rain' out of his 'urn'; the reference to 'mortality in gloomy district streets' seems another reminiscence of revolutionary times. Napolean abolished this calendar beginning I January 1806.

Pictures from my world

Here are some pictures from my world. I went crazy one day with a color scanner... the images are fuzzy because they were bad pictures, not because I used shitty software.. but since the scanner was plugged in to a mac, i had to point and click and got all pissed off at the machine.. i hate computers that smile at me..
