Stern Took Pictures Of The Corpse

Howard K. Stern took photographs of Daniel Smith's corpse in the hospital room. Ben Thompson walked in and Stern was taking pictures of a dead child laying in that bed. Stern said the photographs "might be worth some money one day."

Thompson's son Gayther alleges Stern appeared to dispose of two white pills he had found after his collapse in the hospital room.

What Did Stern Do During This?

Harding said that just three hours before his mysterious death, Anna Nicole Smith's son was playing with his newborn sister. But by 9.30 A.M., Daniel Smith, 20, was covered in blood and vomit and dead in his mother's hospital room.

Stern went back upstairs, and minutes later, paramedics arrived.

Anna Nicole Smith's mother says she is afraid for the safety of her granddaughter in the custody of Howard K. Stern.

"I knew she would be next. My grandson did not overdose. Howard was there when he died, and Howard was there when my daughter died. And he has my granddaughter now and it is not even his child. I'm afraid for her life as well," a crying Vergie Arthur said. "Please, help us."
